Effective 01st June 2011, Avis has decided to implement a policy of not holding any cash on our premises.  This decision was taken to help protect the safety of our employees.  As you would understand we take our employees safety with utmost important.  As a result of this direction, we have to advise all our customers who leave a cash deposit, that any refunds will be in form of a cheque or by direct deposit into your bank account.  Cheques will be immediately honored at any ANZ branch. Alternatively you may use your credit card to avoid the issue of refund.
